It lays out and explains the Lean principles and arguably the best way to build a new business – through understanding what your customers really want, building a minimum viable product, testing, re-iterating and constantly gaining feedback to achieve product to market fit. This book is a must read for anyone interested in starting a business or running and existing one too.

This book offers some fantastic ideas and methods, which are being used by startups around the world today. It is a great guide and reference book – you’ll probably want to revisit it many times over coming years!
Long read / easy read?
Medum length, just over 300 pages. Simple language but a bit heavy going at times in terms of all the new ideas and methods you’re reading and trying to absorb.
